On 10th December 2015, Sgt Roderick Theuma, a dedicated volunteer was honoured with the National Youth Volunteer Award by Her Excellency Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, President of Malta.
The award ceremony, held at the Presidential Palace in Valletta and organised by the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector, recognises the outstanding contributions of young individuals who dedicate their time and energy to volunteering with non-profit organisations, charities, and NGOs.
We are proud to celebrate Sgt Theuma’s achievement, which reflects the commitment, leadership, and service upheld by our rescue volunteers. His recognition serves as an inspiration to youth across Malta to step forward and make a meaningful difference in their communities.
